“To become effective and learn to be concentrated: in the moment”
Uncategorized December 16th, 2009
We live in a world in motion, which is rather quick at the moment.
How to feel better in our body in our history, despite all the excesses and called into questions of contemporary life. A good solution back to the present moment, there just now, back to what you’re reading this as you are currently browsing.
Take inspiration and feel the fresh air entering the inside of your nostrils and exhale feel the warm air will slip outwards. Here you are at the moment, it’s as simple as that.
Why return to the present moment?
- To be present at what we do and ensure that our mind takes up too much and causes stress …
- To become more aware of what is happening, more in tune with what we think and say Stop obsessive thoughts by example rather than let the thoughts take over.
- For answers to questions that arise, we believe too often have answers on our mind as it often makes us doubt that we will take other statements that destabilize us.
If we are in the present moment, we take care to live what is there: an idea comes to us or we read a text that responds to a question posed earlier.
Enjoy, enjoy every moment admiring the landscape, for example, a bird perched on a branch and looking around you, a billboard, the tree on the other side of the road … It takes a few minutes and then you will feel much more focused on what you do and much more efficient in your actions.
Another trick to be right there with what you do and you can focus:
Imagine yourself as a tree (it may be laughable but test!) As if your leg becomes the trunk of this tree, your feet firmly on the ground as the roots are well planted and deeply rooted in the heart of the earth. Imagine that through these roots everything you need concentration, strength, creativity, courage, efficiency …. And all that is spreading in your body and strengthen you come, you balance, soothe you …
It takes two minutes of your time and you will benefit throughout the day. Do this every morning and the day when you do not feel better. This is called an anchor.
